Based on a long-running children’s book series, Kaidan Restaurant is a collection of ghost stories. Each episode of the anime adaptation will apparently feature three of them, with the first two being about an elementary school girl’s encounters with strange events and the third being a standalone short. It’s an interesting idea that seems perfect for Halloween coming up, but it’s borderline a children’s show, and I can’t see myself following it because of its short stories format.
